Presentation Training
The Grand Cru training is focused on reinforcing self- esteem and trust in presentation. Non verbal presentation determines strongly how a message is being communicated. In other words the first impression and attitude of the body are carriers of communication. But how does it work with that body and that non-verbal communication? What is conscious and what unconscious, what can I aim at, what influence does space have on my presentation and what does the physical presence of others do to me? In the Grand Cru training you experience that even without a sixpack or straight back you can feel well in your body and your presentation. You become in other words director of your own charisma.

Corporate Training
However complex working with different cultures might seem, with the developed training method in a multicultural setting by Le Grand Cru barriers for strong teamwork are successfully removed. In practice the method works well for (governmental) organisations and corporate enterprises: with fusions or in situations where teamwork stumbles people could again work smoothly together, especially with input of the power of the different cultures. Teams which needed a new impulse benefited strongly from the trainings.
Teambuilding Training
These trainings are meant for brand new teams as well as for groups that are in need of new insights, skills ánd inspiration. The balanced build-up of the training leads the participants by games and awareness exercises to assignments about identity and (non)verbal communication. After this you will feel more open towards others, you become more creative (problem solving) as an individual and as a team you will function more effective and dynamic.
What distinguishes the training of Le Grand Cru?
The training is based on the Grand Cru mapping technique with which the personal and cultural identity of the participants in a playful way is being 'mapped'. The clear, purposeful exercises and tasks lead to new insights for the people, their possibilities and those of their colleagues, within a few hours. During the training Le Grand Cru works both with the individual and the group. Participants learn how to present themselves more clearly and strongly and how to communicate better (non-verbally) through which cooperation within organisations is streamlined in a fast and effective way.
